All Stars, Pro & Elite Team Stunt Clinics

The All Stars, Pro & Elite Stunting Clinics are designed for the safety & advancement of our teams & athletes when it comes to stunting & stunt progression.

We are REQUIRING ALL NEW – to current team level – athletes for the Spring 2022 session to attend this Stunt Clinic in order for them to be eligible to stunt this semester at level with current team.

If an athlete is unable to attend, she/he can still participate & perform with her/his team at practices & Competition, but will NOT BE PERMITTED to Stunt with the team performing at level stunt skills during the semester. *This is for our athlete safety!

*IMPORTANT:  Parents or family members are unable to stay inside the facility during the Stunt Training Clinic, this is a closed event from spectators, unnecessary noise and distractions.

11:20 – 11:50 a.m.  ATHLETE CHECK-IN*

12:00 – 2:00 p.m.  ALL STARS STUNT CLINIC

2:10 p.m.  ATHLETE DISMISSAL (from Gym)

*Athletes must be on time for check-in to participate in the stunt clinic with their team.

12:45 – 1:00 p.m.  ATHLETE CHECK-IN*

1:00 – 1:15 p.m.  Stretch/Warm Up

1:15 – 3:30 p.m.  PRO/ELITE STUNT CLINIC

3:35 p.m.  ATHLETE DISMISSAL (from Gym)

Participant Requirements:

- All athletes MUST wear proper tennis shoes to stunt at the clinic.  Sandals are not permitted.

- Please wear hair in a ponytail or half-up to best execute skills.

- Athletes should wear athletic clothing, coaches will designated colors/specifics with their team.

- Parents and other spectators are not permitted to STAY INSIDE the facility during instruction.  This is a closed stunt session.

Cost:

All Stars Athletes:  $22 Stunting Clinic

Pro/Elite Athletes:  $28 Stunting Clinic

What to Bring:

- Water bottle with name clearly written

- Atheltic clothing and proper cheer shoes, no converse or sandals.

Spectator Rules of Conduct:

Parents, and other spectators, are NOT permitted to stay inside during the Stunt Clinics -- only designated Parent Spotters will be permitted to stay during instruction time.
